Cancellations

All products sold by KINRO are made‑to‑order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging

Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
